The oldest bank in Montana, Bank of the Rockies, N.A., was founded in 1883 and was first called the Bank of Meagher County. It was started with $50,000.00 in capital. In 1885 it received its national charter.

White Sulphur Springs is located halfway between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. Recreational opportunities include skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, golfing, camping, mountain biking and hiking. There is a natural mineral hot springs in town at the Spa Hot Springs Motel, open to the public year 'round. The Big Belt, Little Belt and Castle Mountains surround us. There are seven campgrounds in the area, ghost towns, old gold & silver mines, and the only "castle" in Meagher County.

Come and visit scenic White Sulphur Springs, have a relaxing game of golf, go fishing, camping or any other of the many activities we have to offer.
